Rememberance
Giving
The Ottumwa
Regional Health Foundation’s Remembrance Giving program
provides a distinctive way for you to show how much you care.
Special friends, family and caregivers deserve special tributes.
That’s what honor and memorial giving is all about. Your
gift will commemorate the importance of significant people in
your life and is ideal for:
• Thanking a special physician, nurse or caregiver for exceptional care
• Commemorating the life of a family member, colleague or friend
• Honoring special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries or births
• As an expression of appreciation for a job well done
An acknowledgement of each remembrance gift is sent to the person or family
of the person in whose name the gift is made. The amount of your gift will
remain confidential. Donors receive a separate acknowledgement and receipt
for tax records.
You may give as often as you wish. You may also designate your gift for a specific
use or allow the Foundation to use it in the area of greatest need. Regardless
of the amount or the designation, you can be sure that quality healthcare for
the residents of southeast Iowa are the ultimate beneficiaries of your generosity.
